Circuit Court Case # 15-CI-00033
On March 30, 2015. I filed a complaint against Brucie Moore, Steven Downey, Randy Fish, and William Robinson. Under Kentucky Law, the statute of limitations is one year from the date of discovering misappropriation of funds, to file a complaint, or its barred forever. Steven Downey admitted to being paid up front from the estate, which is inappropriate.
- So I had to file the attached cause of action, along with various other charges to preserve Steve’s interest.
- Had I not filed by the deadline, then the defendants would argue, and the Court of Appeals would agree with them, that I waived any arguments concerning the personal property, or misappropriation of funds.
I filed a Motion to Compel an Accounting of the Inventory of the Estate of Harold Keith Chandler, District Probate Court Case, # 11-P-00050, in March of 2015, Judge Heady told her to produce and accounting following hearing on April 29, 2015. She produced accounting, Judge Heady did not accept it, and instead he set alternate hearing to allow me to take EXCEPTIONS to what was filed…. This was followed by an even more unprecedented event, of Judge Williams signing another ORDER with full intent of cutting off any legal interest that Chandler could have in not only the personal property of his mother’s estate, but also the ability to continue his valid legal action against Steven Downey, Brucie Moore and the two named defendants.

April 18, 2017 — Defendants Downey and Moore Objection to Chandler’s Motion to Reconsider
May 25, 2017 –– Judge Williams issue an Order Denying Chandler’s Motion to Reconsider, Chandler’s Recusal Motion. Judge Williams entirely misrepresents the content contained within Chandler’s Motion to Reconsider. But better evidence to support that she was extremely bias and corrupt throughout, was the fact that she attempted to circumvent Chandler’s scheduled Hearing, by issuing an Order on April 6, 2017. Thereafter, on April 13, 2017, I directly confronted her about signing off on Brucie Moore’s self-serving fraud for more than a decade.

Judge Williams falsely states that she was unaware of Chandler’s Motion to Reconsider. What is undeniable from the video included above, Chandler had a hearing previously scheduled for April 13, 2017. Judge Williams attempted to circumvent that hearing by issuing an Order on April 6, 2017. During the Course of that hearing, I specifically told her that I wanted to give her a chance to reconsider, especially in light of ongoing Federal investigation surrounding illegal activities being carried out by Union County Attorney, Brucie Moore, United Community Bank, and Judge Williams authorization. Instead, Judge Williams attempts to rewrite and mischaracterize the information that was presented to her in open Court and within Chandler’s Filing.

August 8, 2018 — Chandler’s Response to Downey’s & Moore’s, Motion to Dismiss, which was filed only after KY Supreme Court Denied Discretionary Review, on April 18, 2018.
August 9, 2018 — Lesslie Voss, a named Law Partner with Landrum and Shouse, LLP, wanted a Hearing, upon her Motion to Dismiss. I am pretty sure she might have regretted that request. 🤦♀️
The statement that Lesslie Voss, regretted requesting a hearing was only a joke, since the “Chosen few” have always operated under Kentucky Judicial Impunity.
BUT I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, LIKE I SAID IT ON AUGUST 9, 2018, THE KENTUCKY SUPREME COURT DOES NOT GET TO REWRITE ACTUAL RECORDED DOCUMENTED FACTUAL HISTORY, AND TRULY UNCONTROVERTED HISTORY OF THE CHANDLER CASES.
Judge Williams couldn’t exactly issue an Order in favor of Moore and Downey, just yet.
BECAUSE … District Court Probate Judge Daniel Heady, still had not approved the $25,000, ILLEGAL ADVANCEMENT that Steven Downey took from the Estate, less than three weeks prior to trial.
Add Final Filings and Judge WIlliams final Order in November 2018. Judge Williams waited on Judge Heady District Court Order, finally approving the $25,000 Illegally misappropriating Estate funds, prior to trial back in April 2014, with the assistance of Attorney Moore.
